There are many different written asthma action plans available. The asthma action plan chosen should be appropriate for the person’s age, educational status, language and culture.

Resources in community languages
Asthma action plans are not readily available in Australia in languages other than English, aside from the Symbicort SMART asthma action plan.
The NAC is interested in developing Australian asthma action plan templates for people with asthma from culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Please contact us if your organisation would like to be involved.
