Written asthma action plans in languages other than English are available in our asthma action plans library. Translated action plans include the Symbicort SMART Asthma Action Plan and the Sydney Children's Hospital, Randwick, paediatric asthma action plan.

The Asthma Foundations

The Asthma Foundation of NSW has asthma fact sheets and action plans in several community languages available on their website.
