National Volunteer Week on 19-25 May 2025 celebrates the power of volunteering, bringing people together with the theme ‘Connecting Communities’. It is a chance to say thank you to the millions of Australians who volunteer their time.
Each year Volunteering Australia highlights the key role that volunteering has in the heart of many communities and organisations. Volunteering creates lasting relationships that enrich lives and strengthen communities. It fosters community engagement, connection and belonging.
The National Asthma Council Australia (NAC) is proud of its wide network of volunteers generously giving their time and expertise to contribute to the NAC Board, Finance Committee, Guidelines Committee, Nurses, Pharmacists and GP Asthma Advisory Groups and the Sensitive Choice Product Advisory Panel.
