Do you have asthma or COPD? We need your help to design a model of care that supports self-management. Participation involves pre-reading, co-design meetings, interviews, focus groups, and providing written feedback.
The time commitment is 6.5 hours over two months (excluding travel). You will receive up to $325 in e-gift cards as reimbursement.
