How to use FESS Saline Spray

This short video shows you how to use FESS Saline Spray.

Checklist of steps

1. Direct nozzle into right nostril
2. Aim slightly back and out towards the top of your right ear
3. Fully depress the pump
4. Repeat in left nostril
